In these days of multiple challenges and fast paced working environments, it is ever more important to take steps to protect our workforce's cognitive wellbeing, not by providing expensive and often impersonal support services for those showing, or recognising they are experiencing, signs of psychological stress, but by educating everyone in how to structure their activities around the needs of the various areas of the brain,in order to preserve cognitive performance, strengthen cognitive resilience, and avoid heading down the path of poor mental health.

When providing this type of education for larger corporates, we have found it is more effective to provide a comprehensive 'Masterclass' over 3 full day workshops, seperated into one a week cycle, for groups of up to 10 employees, and ideally embed this into a formal induction process. For this, we developed our 'Cognitive Masterclass', more details of which can be found by looking under "For Corporates" from the menu above.
SME sized businesses require a different approach, mostly because they tend to operate in more of the start-up mode and face different types of challlenge, so we developed our 'IGNITE+ Series' of four bite-sized 30-45 minute classes, which are available as on-site sessions once a week, or as online recorded videos for self paced learning, and more details for this can be found by looking under "For SMEs" from the menu above.
For SME's there is also a highly recommended 'IGNITE' add-on for this, which provides holistic and supplementary therapies including yoga, chair stretching, breathing exercises and mindfulness, in 30 minute sessions, provided through a unique collaboration with 'Holistic View'.
